ציורי נוף מדברי – נגב ועין גדי | יצחק ניר, צייר

The Israeli desert appears in the paintings of Yitzhak Nir, painter and fighter pilot, with its own light and colour. This page brings together his desert landscapes: ‘Israeli Negev’ in oil on canvas, ‘Hello from Nachal Arugot’ from Ein Gedi, ‘18:30 and hazy’ from the Eilat area, and ‘Circling patiently’ – vultures above the desert.

Alongside the landscape itself is the pilot’s perspective: ‘Mosquito over the Negev’ is a small oil painting from 1983. The works were painted mainly in acrylic and oil on canvas and board.

Each painting links to its own page with medium, dimensions and year. For information and purchases, please get in touch.
